Reflective of Mirbeau's spa atmosphere, our dining experience offers that same feeling of getting away to a private Loire Valley estate. Choose to dine elegantly in the Bistro, Sapphire, and Gold Dining Rooms or on the outdoor Bistro Terrace. Attire is resort casual, and spa robes may be worn in the Dining Rooms until 4pm.
