Within the Spa, guests will be invited to join our daily fitness classes led by expert instructors in our serene studio. The Health & Wellness Program will feature a wide variety of experiences, designed to restore balance and inspire well-being, including Personal Training, Yoga Therapy, Reiki, Sound Bath, Meditation, Qigong & Thai Chi, Breathwalk, Pilates, Barre, Zumba, and Mind-Body practices.
