Breathwork is the key to your well-being. This 90-minute workshop will teach practical methods of Pranayama Yogic traditions. By virtue of connecting with your breath, the goal of this practice is to strengthen your lungs, soothe your nerves, and nourish your imagination. Posture in seated and standing positions will be reviewed as a foundation for more effective breathing. The session is open to all levels from beginner toadvanced. All necessary props will be provided.
